Holograms
Going along with the fractals, comes this link from a friend:
"The idea that we live in a hologram probably sounds absurd" Not at all---Such an understanding is central to Buddhist metaphysics and for that matter Plato's. Fascinating stuff---indeed----particularly as applied to the manifestations of the Mandelbrot projections. Every time I buy fresh ginger, I remember the Mandelbrot! :)
I recall what an old Black man told me when I was a boy. That was before African-American became popular. "When dat sun be hot find you some shade boy!" Wisdom true wisdom.
Very fascinating article, Rain. Thanks for sharing it. Though I know virtually nothing about physics, I've always believed that what we know is a fraction of what actually is.
