McCain-- our next president?

If you have liked the bumbling under George W. Bush, it might explain how you could support John McCain. TPM put together this montage of McCain comments and I got it from Daily Kos: McCain's mental fumbling. I have to wonder how our country will survive 4 more years of this in a time as dangerous as that we face today; and all because of being more fun at a picnic, wearing a flag pin, or is it fear of tax increases to bring our deficit back into some control?

It's beyond my understanding how McCain has any support, but would appreciate any conservative who might read this explaining how a man, who suggested his wife might be the next Miss Buffalo Chip, could possibly be someone you could support for the presidency of this country. If he goes to Sturgis and doesn't know what that means, that's one thing; but he goes around the world with as little understanding of what anything else he says means.

That might seem like a minor problem that he can't explain himself or keep track of nations or purposes. If it seems that way to you, consider that man as a war president which is what he is aiming to be. Georgia and what Russia is doing there, ought to convince everybody that we can't afford McCain... you'd think: more war?.

That is scary beyond belief! What on earth are Republicans thinking? Obviously, they're not! Someone needs to lock this idiot up, not make him president of the United States!

Well......you have to know I agree with you 100% on this one! This world is only getting more scary, what with the chaos in Russia and Georgia and you're SO right...we need a capable, diplomatic, well-speaking President this time around!

We are on the same page, Rain. By his own words John McShame has condemned himself.

It is sometimes mentioned that he has an ungovernable temper, but not often enough.

Check if any Fortune 500's have a person his age as President and CEO?

But a Country like USA might possibly end up with such a person?

Unbelieveable, I you ask me

Does anyone watch "The View"? Elizabeth Hasselbeck is a self proclaimed conservative and her reasons for voting for McCain are twofold: first she doesn't want to pay any more in taxes and since and she and her talentless husband make more than $250K/year they would certainly pay more under an Obama presidency, and second she believes a Republican, any Republican, will keep her and her family safe from terrorists. That's her entire rationale for voting for McCain in a nutshell.

It seems sad when such people with very little talent are given so many opportunities in life but feel no compunction to pay for their good fortune. Just my 2 cents worth!

Just remember one thing, anonymous. Obama has the most money because ordinary people gave it to him. His economic power is coming because the people are giving it to him, not the lobbyists. It is about the money and that's why ordinary people donated and kept donating even when they had to give up other luxuries to do it. It is a way of voting.
