Right now, it's too easy to feel negative. If we want to make a real change in the world, negativity won't help. It is depressing and can swallow us with darkness. Today there is a lot wrong in the world; but to fix it, we have no choice but to start with our own sphere of influence.
The secret is finding ways that make a difference, things we can do-- no matter how small they might seem to be. One person. One right choice at a time. Energy changes. The aura around us shifts which leads to change in those we have impacted-- even if it is simply a smile in a grocery store. That impact expands to those that someone else touches. Was it our swearing at them in traffic or offering a helping hand? Thus does change happen-- for good or for ill.

Very positive message and incredibly uplifting. From their laughing, singing, chanting lips to the ear of the universe, I'd love to see things shift.
I agree wholeheartedly, Rain. We all do what we can, each person making a shift is part of a whole.
One thing about Dee Pak - we are NOT the only species that kills its own kind. You ever raise chickens or pigeons? They kill their own kind all the time. So do monkeys. I know he means well, but sometimes he doesn't do his research! Grrrr.
good catch, Tara, on Dee Pak and very right. Many species will and some kill for fun. Some male animals will kill their own offspring if they find them and the mother must protect them. He sure doesn't do his homework but then we run into that in many groups and people sad to say
It is so very true...If each of us does a little something, weather on a one to one basis or is a larger way, it can ans will make a difference.
Sometimes these things can sem too overwhelming and that is why it becomes depressing...But, if yiu just keep putting one foot in front of the other....well, pretty soon, you are at your destination.

I'll watch for this one, Rain. I hadn't heard about it yet. As for Deepak, I loved his earlier works. The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success is a favorite. It seems like he has sacrificed some of his depth because of his fame, but what do I know?
In my experience, many animals kill their offspring. We had a hamster once who ate all her babies. And I know that some species will kill, or not feed, an inferior baby. Look at the runt who doesn't get the tit.
