commenting failures

 I don't know what is causing this, but I appear to be unable to publish comments in other blogs. It will say it's publishing and then comes a second notice that an error occurred and it cannot publish. This is frustrating as it involves blogs I visit, want to comment, and then get that message. If anyone knows what I can do to change that... please leave a comment, assuming the same thing is not happening on my blog. In which case, what's going on is something i need to research elsewhere as I think it's Google related.... grrrrr
